Enjoy a beautifully updated and exceptionally clean interior on this 36’ Egg Harbor Yacht, right in the middle of Providence as your home away from home. Relax and take in the views of city and sunsets. Head out for an amazing meal or drinks with tons of great restaurants and bars in walking distance. Restaurants and bars, including Fish Co., Hot Club, and Tel Aviv, are all on site. You can even catch some live music from the boat on the right night!

The space
Xtina’s Eggsperience will make you feel right at home. With a working kitchen including microwave, hot plate, complimentary coffee, an ice maker, and a blender! Also, a full bathroom with your own separate shower, not over the toilet! A bright and cozy dining space and a comfy sofa with a tv. A full size bed with plush memory foam to crash in after a long night. Enjoy walking about and laying on the outside of the boat to catch the views.
Guest access
The whole boat is available to you. Sit up on the fly bridge for elevated views. Use caution when walking around the outside of the boat. Please STAY OFF the swim platform.
Other things to note
Please understand that the water running on the boat isn’t for drinking, but only washing as it is City water. Its also in a tank that needs to be replenished when empty, so be mindful to not waste water. Please keep all areas such as countertops and floors dry at all times. One gallon of water for the ice maker and coffee machine are provided, but you should bring your own drinking water.

***Young children (12yo or under) are not permitted for this experience.

A Fantastic Eggperience

Christna is a great host. She and Kieth have created a great vacation environment. We absolutely loved our stay; it was about perfect. We loved the amenities, the lights, the coziness, and the boat was really clean which is a plus. We hope to return for a future stay, soon!

Hi, I’m Christina of Xtina’s Eggsperience! Keith is my Co-host, and we both love boating. We’re happy to share our 1981 Egg Harbor 36’ with others who will love and enjoy it as much as we do. Keith and I did a ton of renovations to update the living space and make it super clean and comfortable. We can’t wait to host you in Providence, Rhode Island!

Providence has so much going for it. From the beautifully preserved historic architecture, to the vibrant art and culture scene, and amazing restaurants. Providence has been named one of the top foodie cities in America. There’s tons to see and do just in walking distance of Providence Marina. It’s also very easy to get around by bike, car, rentable scooter, and public transportation. We love Providence!

What makes our property Unique? Well, it’s a boat! A very clean boat with all the comforts of home, including a full bathroom with a separate shower (not over the toilet)! It also has great views of the ocean, and the city simultaneously.
