Om boendet

Welcome to our cottage! Our family getaway for over fifty years, we have totally renovated so that everyone can enjoy the magic of the Adirondacks just as our family has.

We have three bedrooms, and ample closet space for both your sweaters and your water skis -- White Lake has it all. Each bedroom is meticulously and tastefully decorated in the Adirondack style. The cottage is welcome to warm you up after a brisk fall day of nature hikes, or to cool you down after a long day playing on the open waters of the lake.

Our cottage offers a full bathroom, washer, dryer, as well as guest towels and bathroom accessories.

The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you might need to make a nice, home-cooked meal. We have an electric stove, full fridge with freezer, and a microwave to make popcorn for movie night. We hope that you, and your family, can enjoy White Lake as much as we have over the years.

LOCATION:
We are in Adirondack State Park and 17 miles from Old Forge (a quick 20 minute drive.) Old Forge has amazing food, ice cream, a water park, and mini golf! The nearest liquor store is less than a mile away (Wholly Spirits) and the nearest grocery store is 11 miles away (16 minute drive) in Boonville.

Wonderful Adirondack Cottage!!

Absolute wonderful property in the Adirondacks. It is out in a small neighborhood, with a private beach, just a short walk down the street. Beautiful lake views, out of lots of large windows to enjoy all day! The property was perfectly clean, and stocked up for a nice stay. The drive to old forge says 20mins, but it was such an easy, quick drive! We were able to go enjoy the "hussle & bussle" of old forge and come home to our quiant cabin on White Lake! Just the scent of freshness and pine while sitting on the deck was worth booking this home! It was such an enjoyable trip, we will absolutely be back.

Just what we needed

We stayed here for the weekend and could not have been more pleased! The place was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The view was great, and coming from a city the quiet of the area was so refreshing. The owners were so accommodating and everyone kept great communication. Access to the private beach just sealed the deal as this being the best place we’ve stayed at thus far. We will be returning!
