Summary:
Welcome to Chartwell Point, located on the South end of Lake Keowee. The quiet deep-water cove is great for sunning on the private dock, swimming, paddle boarding and fishing. This family friendly 5BR / 3.5BA waterfront home will easily accommodate two to three families and sleeps 12-15 comfortably. You'll have an excellent view of the lake complete with rocking chairs perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails.

The Space:
Bright and beautifully decorated! This is a fantastic, single level home in a quiet cul-de-sac, offering a gentle slope and paved walking path down to the dock. The open kitchen filled with natural light and high ceilings is happy and fully stocked with dishes, cookware, drinkware and storage for guests’ food and personal items. The dining room, breakfast nook and the outdoor table can easily accommodate 15 guests to sit and eat all at once. A cabinet filled with board games and the three-car garage with a ping pong table, chairs, tv and extra full-size refrigerator offers additional space for fun.

Other Things to Note:
The house is a 10 minute drive to downtown Seneca with its great restaurants, breweries, coffee shops and shopping. The South Cove County Park is less than two miles and open to the public with tennis / pickleball courts, boat landings and a visitors’ center. The Lake Keowee Marina and the Tiki Hut is a quick boat ride away and the Lighthouse Restaurant and Cabana is a 20-minute boat ride.
Clemson and Death Valley are a 20-minute drive and because the house is west of Clemson, there is significantly less gameday traffic into the stadium and parking areas when coming from this direction.

If Lake Keowee isn't quiet enough, Lake Jocassee is less than 1/2 hour away. Lake Jocassee is a unique and uniquely
beautiful mountain lake that feeds into Lake Keowee. The damming of Lake Jocassee was the actual basis for the book and movie "Deliverance".
