Individual bedrooms are very spacious and some of them are the size of two bedrooms actually. The house is perfectly laid out for up to 20 guests !! All bedrooms have smart TVs and private closets. Common areas also have TVs.

House is convenient to everything Austin has to offer, yet has a secluded sweet countryside feel. 25 minutes from AUSTIN airport and 1 hour from San Antonio airport.
The stunning, renovated kitchen has everything you need. You will find all of the amenities you have back home. The breakfast table can comfortably seat 5 persons. Formal Dining can comfortably seat 8 persons. The Living room has plenty of space to play games and watch TV. The living room walks right out back to the backyard with a beautiful pool, outdoor grill, and outdoor games. 2 pool chairs are available by the side of the pool. The Gameroom upstairs is large enough to enjoy your evening, relax or play a game of Billiards or Ping Pong.
This house is in a peaceful residential neighborhood and hence loud or late-night parties are not allowed per city ordinance. The guest is expected to respect the privacy and comfort of the neighbors at all times.
