Beautiful Condo

This is our second year in this condo. It is exactly as described in the listing. The new King size bed is perfect. Will be back next year!

Lovely Condo in Potrero

We loved our 3 week stay at Casa del Sol. It is a very spacious 1 bedroom condo with a kitchen that has everything. There is lots of restaurants and 2 grocery stores within walking distance as well as a fruit market. Many more restaurants and a bigger grocery store is about 3 km away. You have only a 5 min walk to Penca beach where we spent every morning. There was lots of shade around the pool at the condo from the lush gardens and trees. Penca beach has the most beautiful sunsets. It was perfect and have booked for next year.

Lovely Condo

We had a great stay in a beautiful condo, with beautiful grounds & pool. Close to anything we needed and not far from the beach. Met a lot of nice people around the condo as well. Security was great as well as the staff. Loved the cats!!! A few Issues were a leak from the hot water tank when we arrived which had had already ran across the bedroom floor & we got that cleaned up & put a bowl under it. We called the managers who came over the next day and fixed it. Then the lock in the patio door wouldn’t work the last 2 days, so we had to lock it from the inside and thankfully we had a 2nd door to go out as most places did not. Also pillows… the pillow situation is pitiful! One not too bad & 2 that cannot be called pillows. Made for not too great of sleep in 2 weeks of staying. Plus the toaster needs to be replaced as it only toasts the outsides of the bread & not the insides. All in all a nice time.

Beach condo

Nice condo in a gated small resort with gorgeous greenery. The condo is large quiet and just a little further from the pool. Was perfect for us. The living room and the large bedroom both have AC. Good Wi-Fi and a small table if u want to work remotely. 5 to 7 min walk to a stunning large beach.
