Come enjoy a stay in this modern rustic home on 5 acres! Located in Marshfield, MO. It is the perfect place to get cozy & relax while you enjoy your stay in Missouri.
Pets are welcome, but they must stay in outside kennel (provided), in the garage (fan provided) or on gated back porch.
Our horses roam nearby so you can enjoy their hospitality & give them a treat, they love to give kisses too!
You will also see Missouri wildlife, including deer & turkey.
There is a peaceful covered back porch with a table and chairs to see all this beautiful scenery & even a TV.
The view of the sunrises & sunsets are to die for.
The backyard is big enough for entertaining & all sorts of yard games.
This property is only 2 minutes away from
The Barn at Walnut Creek events venue.
It is only 20 minutes from Springfield, MO, home of Bass Pro Shops!! If you like country music & lots of fun attractions such as White Water & Silver Dollar City, our home is only 1 hour from Branson.
Lots of lakes & rivers nearby for all the outdoor adventurers.
We are also just a short drive of 2 hours to the home of our state capital, Jefferson City.
Our bedrooms include a GONE FISHING ROOM, RODEO TIME ROOM & SOUTHWESTERN NATIVE AMERICAN ROOM. They all have queen beds & TV's.
The kitchen is fully equipped with place settings for 12, kitchen utensils, microwave, pots, pans, toaster, coffee pot, blender, kitchen towels & more.
We provide towels, wash clothes & bedding. There is a full-size blowup mattress, extra pillows & blankets.
Workout area in garage that includes a treadmill. Gas grill, basketball goal & beautiful area to take a stroll.

No internet

The house was nice and decorated fine. Each room had a nice style and the kitchen was equipped ok. (No crock pot, serving bowls or griddle.) Be aware... there is no internet at the house; they expect you to use your phone or bring your own hotpspot if you want to stay connected.The cattle in the yard are neat if you are from the city, but the claim of pet friendly (but dont bring your pet in the house) seems contradictory to me.All in all, an "ok" place to stay, but not one of my favorites. T

Very nice house!

We stayed here for my wedding! It was gorgeous, there cows in a pasture on the land behind the house. It was very peaceful and easy to find! The house was very clean and decorated nicely!

Weekend Stay

We arrived for a weekend stay in preparation for my Sons wedding. The location was perfect as it was a short drive from the venue. The house was wonderful, beautifully decorated and spacious. The beds and pillows were so comfortable! The kitchen was also well stocked for needs.

You don't want to miss this great property

OUTSTANDING!!! Absolutely beautiful property. Immaculately clean, well stocked kitchen and supplies. Very quiet and peaceful. Owner was so easy to communicate with and very friendly. We had a wedding at the Walnut Creek Venue and it was like 1 mile from there so very easy to go back and forth.

Lovely stay

We had a wonderful stay. The host was amazing and very easy to work with. VRBO failed to send our entrance code but he sent it to us. He communicated via email several times to be sure all was working for us. The house is very comfortable and clean. The mounts are beautiful but the bobcat did scare my 5 year old grandson the first time he saw it! We would definitely stay here again!

This gorgeous home is set on a beautiful piece of property. The decor is precious and it was clean and well maintained. Our host was gracious and attentive to our needs. Highly recommended!
