picture perfect beach front oasis. Great location for snowbirds!
This newly renovated condo is located on beach. the sounds of the waves while sitting and enjoying the view or just walking to set your chairs and umbrella provided will set you in the mood for relaxation. the master bed is also located where you can see out from the windows at your beautiful breathtaking views of the ocean. lots of closet space and two full size bathrooms. A desk is provided in master bed where you can take a peak at the ocean. the second bedroom provides a full bed and 1 twin bed. the kitchen is fully stocked and will always have coffee ready for you when you arrive. If you want a quick snack we are right next to a new beach bar which has not been named yet. Opens May of 2025. starbucks, bizzaro pizza cold stone and much more. almost everything is at walking distance. From a nice authentic Cuban meal to wonderful greek food is just a few minutes from walking distance.

I live in New Jersey but travel at least 6 times a year to Melbourne florida. I have my mother who lives over the causeway. I love the ocean and long walks on beach. But mostly walking the causeway that leads to Melbourne. My husband and myself are starting to enjoy fishing.
Varför värden valde detta boende
this condo is special to me because of its location. on weekdays you see locals who gather in the mornings or just bike and/or walk the beach. the weekends I love to sit on my balcony and people watch. I love that I can walk to anywhere because we are so close to everything. But my biggest love is seeing the sunrise.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
My property is unique. you see the building and it looks like the propertys from the sixties and 70's. but as soon as you enter you can't help but gasp from the beautiful view. the rockets launch across the ocean in front of our building. The sunrise is just the best!
