Daytona

The location was great. Parking was a challenge but we figured it out since we had more than one vehicle traveling from out of state. Loved having the beach access next door and being close to Publix for groceries and being close to planet fitness. None of the amenities were available and it would have been nice to known that ahead of time instead of getting the phone call two weeks before our reservation. Would stay again because the location was great.

Jeep Beach Week

The condo was very big for a one bedroom and very clean. The view was just what we wanted. The biggest negative was we couldn't use balcony because of the pigeon poop. While we had plenty of towels for our stay we only had two wash clothes and no way to wash them. Was left with no dish towels for washing the dishes as there is no dishwasher. So I had to buy items to clean the dishes.

Had fun!

The condo was very comfortable. Beautiful view. Needed a few things in kitchen but definitely workable. We had a great time. The building is dated but owners are working on improvements. We really enjoyed our stay.

Save your money and stay somewhere else

I don’t even know where to start but I guess I’ll start with parking. The listing says there is only one parking pass allowed. So for a place that sleeps 6 you are only allowed one spot. I called before I booked and was told I would be able to get a guest pass and then called again the week before my stay and was told the same thing. Then I get there and I’m told no I can’t get one for my other vehicle. I then called again and was told they had to commit a request for an additional parking pass. Well I still have yet to hear back and my stay is already over. Next we will address the smell. The room smells like someone has been cooking curry in it for years and no matter what we did, the smell would not go away. And last we will address the “pull out couch” We go to get it ready for bed and it’s just a flat air mattress inside the pull out couch. Okay, we can make that work, wait no we can’t because once we found the pump, it didn’t even work!!! And I’ll add one more thing, all of the electrical outlets are so worn out, whatever you plug in just falls right out u less you hold it there. With the amount of money I spend for a four day stay here I expected way better.

Save Your Money

Facility is a dump. We had high hopes but knew as soon as we pulled under the deteriorated canopy to park and check in that this place had not been maintained in years. Only 1 elevator was working so getting to the 12th floor took patience. Pools were not functioning and zero access to the beach. Parking next to facility, as opposed to being able to use the parking garage at the building was inconvenient. Balconies which were part of our interest in staying here were absolutely disgusting as they were covered with months worth of bird poop. Furnishings were very dated and borderline shabby. Bathroom drawers had not been cleaned and had dark hairs inside them. Dirty switch plate cover behind nightstand in bedroom observed when I went to plug in charger. Maintenance contact sent a cleaning company in the next afternoon to clean balconies and I assume they addressed the bird poop but we bailed after one night. Total disappointment and complete misrepresentation of the facts about this condo and the building.
