✴At your stay you will be provided with a comfortable queen size bed to relax after a long day, along with underbed storage for your personal belongings.The full size kitchen provides a stove, refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, coffee machine and blender.
✴Also included are several sets of utensils , plates , bowls, cookware and other amenities needed to prepare something to eat. Along with tupperware for you to store leftovers in the fridge for your next meal. A small eating area accommodated for two to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
✴The living area contains a smart 55 inch tv, comfortable couch, surrounding ambient/mood lighting, as well as board games for your entertainment. You will find a dedicated workspace equipped with a table lamp, multiple outlets, and reliably fast Wi-Fi.
✴The large closet has multiple hangers for your clothes, as well as a chest of drawers to store all of your belongings in a nice organized area. Included in the closet is an iron and ironing board.
✴Your beautiful bathroom consists of a large shower/bathtub combo , vanity with mirror, and sink with hand soap. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash , toilet paper and a hair dryer are also included for your convenience.
✴Amenities provided with the unit are reliably fast Wi-Fi, laundry unit, outdoor security camera, auto lock for easy entry and security, smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, and fire extinguisher.

✴Overnight street parking is not included, however you can quickly register your vehicle for day/night parking. Once booked we will provide the link to register your vehicle.

Weekend Getaway

Can’t say enough how fantastic the location is for this property! Close to breweries, restaurants and the marina which is just gorgeous to walk along. Has everything you need for a weekend getaway. It’s an old building so definitely be prepared to hear some creaks and the radiator was fairly loud but that’s not on the owners and they did provide ear plugs so 10/10 would recommend staying here. The bed was also extremely comfortable!

Cute and convenient

We had a great stay in Milwaukee and the space was exactly what we needed! The hosts were communicative and it was easy to get in. It’s an old building so the radiator heat and a/c unit were VERY noisy. We brought ear plugs with us and the host provided some which was great so it didn’t bother us much. The building also smelled very strongly of cigarettes that you could sometimes smell in the unit. There were bags of garbage in the stairwell of the property the whole time we were there but the unit itself was clean. The linens and shower curtain were very worn and could stand to be replaced, but overall at this price and location, a great and easy stay.

Fantastic Location

A nice studio apartment with a good sized kitchenette. It's most certainly worth the money. The location was so convenient. It was in close access to everything in the city. Only complaint would be the dust, there was a decent amount and some places that could use dusting. Not good for people with allergies.

Great property in a great location!

We loved staying at this property over Labor Day weekend. It was clean, the owners and managers were kind and quick to respond to our questions, although we had few as they covered all the need to knows very clear up front. We brought our own bikes and it was a quick trip (7 miles and under) to everything from the Miller brewery to the Third Ward to the beach. We will recommend this location to friends and would love to stay here again! Thank you ☺️

First time to Milwaukee

It was our first time visiting Milwaukee and this property did not disappoint. The lighting was great, the unit was spacious, clean and everything was new. We were able to walk or catch a bus to anywhere downtown. The unit is located on the 4th floor without an elevator nor air conditioning. We got our steps in each day and because we were on the 4th floor, we felt comfortable leaving the windows open during the day and night. We recommend this unit to anyone making the trip to Milwaukee.

East Side Living

Great property in a great location. I was able to ride the rentals scooters practically anywhere downtown or the east side. I would recommend parking your car in one of the many garages near by for only $12 per day to avoid tickets. Property is located on the 4th floor with no elevators, so hitting 10k steps a day is no problem if your forgetful. Unit has everything you need for an extended stay. Cooking was very easy and Whole Foods is 2 min away. My favorite part of the unit was the great air flow and lighting. The host was always quick to respond and really did a great job accommodating all my requests. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone visiting the east side of Milwaukee.

Last minute work trip

This property was the perfect location for me. Walking distance to park, lake, restaurants. Beautiful area also. Apartment was spotless and well stocked. A perfect spot for an individual or couple.
