Villa Ecuador is a spacious 3-bedroom home with an additional 1-bedroom casita for accommodating guests of 7 to 8 people! Near the center of PV, no driving 15-plus minutes to town; unobstructedbay views await you, and plenty of room for family or friends to enjoy. Private pool with bar and BBQ grill for a great relaxing after a long day of exploring paradise. The Cinco December neighborhood is centrally located to everything, quiet, and full of great places to eat and shop. The home has five televisions, all with streaming capabilities.
Each bedroom and all living areas have AC units. The two main floors of the house and the rooftop palapa have amazing views. The pool is private. This is a multi-level home, so there are stairs. From the street, there are no stairs; the house has regular stairs. You will not share the property with anyone else but you and your guests.
You will have full access to the Villa. There will be one locked closet for owner supplies in the kitchen.
You will have access to a house manager. The house manager will check in every couple of days, take out trash and do a light cleanup. You may offer to pay for extra services during your stay, like cleaning, laundry, or cooking. Speak to your house manager for more details.
Cinco December is centrally located near the famous Malecon. The beach is only four blocks away, The house is only three blocks up, and the taxi service is easy, as is Uber and Uber Eats. Tons of food and shopping are blocks away.
You will enjoy one-car garage parking on the property should you rent a car; walking is easy, and remember there is a slight hill. Uber finds the property well.
