Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Sanctuary In The Shoals, newly renovated in 2023, was intentionally chosen and furnished to cater to guests seeking a comfortable and unique space with easy access to all The Shoals area has to offer. The interior decor is infused with a love and appreciation of music, celebrating the area's significant contribution to music history.

The spacious 2,500 sq ft 2 story home offers comfort and privacy for guests. The upstairs level offers a living area, furnished with a large screen smart TV, a dining area, fully equipped kitchen with additional seating at the island, one bedroom with king size bed, one bedroom with queen size bed and two full bathrooms. The downstairs level offers a living area, furnished with large screen smart TV, a coffee bar (with Keurig coffee maker), bedroom with queen size bed, full bathroom and a laundry room (furnished with detergent, iron and ironing board).

The 3 bedrooms, each named after locally recorded hit songs, are furnished with high end linens and located throughout the home offering privacy for guests. Each bathroom is furnished with robes, hair dryer and high end shampoo, conditioner, soaps and lotions.

The kitchen is furnished with new stainless appliances which include a refrigerator with in-door ice and water, electric stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen offers an assortment of bar ware and dishes, a drip coffee maker, French press, electric tea kettle, hand mixer, blender and electric can opener. Locally roasted coffee is provided to enjoy during your stay.

Enjoy time sipping coffee or cocktails on the back patio, where a wood burning fire pit and grill are provided.

The house is located only 2 miles from downtown Florence, which provides a unique selection of historic attractions, dining, shopping, bars and live music.

World famous recording studios are located approximately 6 miles away and offer public tours. Additional points of interest include Frank Lloyd Wright's Rosenbaum House, The Helen Keller Museum and the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail.

Just what we needed

This house was perfect for our family of 5 adults while we were in town for a wedding. It was clean, comfortable, and accommodated us well. It was like an oasis after coming through a pretty heavily developed neighborhood. We were just sorry we didn’t have more time to sit and relax on the quiet, secluded back patio.

Amazing Rental

This house was perfect! It was the cleanest and nicest rental I have ever stayed in. Everything about the house was excellent. The towels and linens were comfy. We fully enjoyed the aesthetics of the house. The decor was lovely. Watching deer from the back porch made the trip that much more memorable. Keep an eye out for fireflies, they were awesome to see. I recommend this rental to for anyone's needs.

Florence FAB!

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to land for my brother's wedding weekend. Stylish classy fun decor. Ultra clean, well appointed property in a great, close to downtown location. This is one of the best values and most enjoyable properties I've stayed in while traveling and would 100% recommend this property to anyone traveling to the Florence area. Thanks so much for the attention to detail at every turn! It was most appreciated by everyone in our party.
