Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

Misleading listing pictures

The listing is completely misleading — the photos shown are not what you get. We booked expecting an ocean view, but were given a totally different room with no explanation. The front desk blamed a different property manager and offered no help. Even after reaching out to the manager, we got no resolution. Overall, very disappointing experience. Don’t trust the pictures in the listing.

Not worth it

If your only looking for 1 night, its not worth it. And even if we were staying longer, it still wouldnt be worth it.The place has potential but it is run down and dated. The carpets in the room were sticky, the shower faucet sprayed all over one the bathrooms bad enough to where we didnt even want to use the shower and The room itself was not very clean. Early check in requests and late Before checkinDespite severall attempts to request an early check in... when i got there i was told the room wasnt ready and we had to wait till 4. So we decided to explore the facility and hang out on the beach. Only to receive attitude from the tennents on the beach over 2 chairs that were included in our stay and then again layer when drinks were brought from the hotwl to the beach when they never offered any sort of service in the 1st place. A little time passed and everyone was ready to eat so we called over one of the same servers to order food. He brough over a menu only to be told they did not serve food on the beach. So we made our way to the pool side grill where they were closing and found our way to the tiki bar restaurant where then but had to When i was finally abpe to check in, they never noted my late check out the next day. So by 10:15 I had someone knocking on the door telling me i was going to be charged another night if i was in there past 10:30 and the gentleman was extremely rude about it. Needless to say with 4 children in tow items were left behind.

Location is the only 5 star thing about this place.

Amazing location, but everything else left a lot to be desired of. Carpets were disgusting, kitchen very poorly stocked (no pans, limited plates, 1 glass and a mix of coffee cups and limited silverware), which made it hard to use to prepare meals. Hotel overall was very run down and poorly maintained. Pool was constantly out of towels, gym had odd limited hours. Give the person who put together pictures for listing a raise because considering the condition we found property in, I would not book this place again.

great ocean view

Place is run down. Kitchen supplies, utensils and ware severely undersupplied. Pickle ball courts were closed. Pool side lounges old and half are broken. Restaurant is from the 60's. Service elevator out of order. Had to wait 5 to 10 minutes for an elevator to show up. They were small so had to wait for another at times. Security guards were weird and carried guns. Lobby was nice. Ocean view is fantastic. Short walk to beach. Short walk to Publix grocery store. Art deco district way overrated. Free trolley was a great benefit and right in front of condo.

Girl’s Trip

We had a lovely time! The walking path and closeness to beach were fabulous!! A negative would be there wasn’t enough towels and wash clothes and zero kitchen supplies.
