Cozy and clean

The property was clean and there was plenty of space for our group. The only complaint was that there were no televisions in 2 of the bedrooms. Overall the property was as advertised. I would stay here again.

Perfect for easy access to sights.

This was an adorable home with beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture. It is ideally situated to be easy access by car to the French Quarter, and Garden District.

The outside was a little ify. It is a old abandoned house right next to it. But once we got inside the house. It was beautiful. The decorations and the color of the furniture was perfect. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was so clean. I would have rated the whole experience a 10. Because the location was perfect and close to everything. My only problem was the host. I am use to booking with VBRO. And every host always send the code to get in at least 1 day early. I made it halfway to New Orleans. And realized the host didn't send us a code to get in. I contacted him and he assured me. That he will send me the code 1 hr before check in, which is 3pm. I waited and I messaged him back again. He would only send short messages, and still not the code. I ended up calling Vbro customer service. They contacted the host. And the host said he was driving the reason he didn't send the code. It made me feel uneasy. Because i didn't want to be in New Orleans with teenagers. And not have a place to stay. Or we having to stand outside of a unfamiliar place. The communication need to be better, and I suggest giving the code a day earlier, or early that morning prior to arriving, way before check-in. And a bigger fryer pan. Other than that it was perfect. It was clean clean clean and it smell very nice.

Just close enough to everything

This was a wonderfully appointed property. It was clean and comfortable. Just a short ride share to the French Quarter. The area was a bit more industrial than I expected. However, the interior of this unit was beautiful. The property owner was very responsive and helpful.

Diamond in the rough

Our family including two grown teen boys stayed here specifically because everyone got their own room for a more reasonable price then a hotel room. We were already planning on renting a car which seems to be a must for the location. Industrial feeling but surprisingly quiet at night. Owner did respond upon check in but little communication before that. As a planner that just made me nervous but that is a personal thing. Place was exactly as pictured. Very clean. Would love a King bed in the en suite and paper towels would have been handy. Otherwise exceeded expectations for our family.
