About this space
Enjoy a peaceful experience at this brand new, centrally located suite on a very quiet street. Adjacent the KVR trailhead, quick access to downtown/beaches/events. Rent or bring bikes, hit the trail, the beach, or the wineries for a quintessential Okanagan vacation. You'll have a full kitchen, 1 bedroom with queen bed, and a smaller den with very comfortable pull out couch to sleep a maximum of 4 people.
The space
A quiet suite attached to the main house, there are separate entrances /outdoor space. Privacy fences for your outdoor space will be up by the end of July. The main bedroom is spacious with a queen bed. The den is small. The pullout couch in the den is very comfortable, but it does take up the entire room.
Guest access
You'll have a separate entrance with smart lock.
Other things to note
As the suite is attached to our house, you'll likely see us coming and going, but you won't hear us at all when you're in the suite.

Great for biking

Property right at the entrance to the KVR route to Narmata. So easy. Very clean, comfortable and our hosts very helpful. Everything we needed was there.

Great young family stay

We stayed here with our 2 young daughters and dog. The place was just the right size. The location was awesome. We used the KVR trail daily to walk the dog and take bike rides with the fam. I would recommend this place for any young family.

Spotlessly clean, super comfy, great communication

Excellent in every way. Comfy bed and couches, well stocked kitchen, everything we could ask for. Little things like bedside tables on both sides of the bed, (one of my peeves when this is missing at other properties), coffee (they even had some half n half in the frig!), enough pillows, and super communication with hosts Ian and Susie. Nice and quiet too. The location is superb for accessing the KVRT, right out the door. We brought our own bikes and were able to keep them locked up in the family bike shed, which was great! I was also there for a meeting at the Lakeside Resort Convention Center, which was a nice 15-20 min walk away (downhill). Could have driven but the walk was nice. Highly recommend.

Penticton Getaway

This is a very well-equipped and new accommodation. The hosts are super friendly. The accommodation is close to trails, beaches, and the Penticton Boardwalk. An Excellent Cafe Bakery is just down the road. Overall, we had a delightful stay.

This new suite is spacious, modern and very comfortable. Its location across the street from the KVR is perfect for accessing scenic walks or bike rides and Penticton is only minutes away by car. I hope to stay there again.

Beautiful suite in penticton

Our stay was a great time. The suite is brand new, modern and with more than enough space for 4 people to stay. The location of being within a couple minutes of the beach combined with the deer and fawn we would see daily in the yard or on our walks was a huge win for the kids. Property owners were awesome, they made it very clear that if anything was wrong to let them know, but beyond that pretty much stayed out of our way which was great for us as we were trying to enjoy our weekend away. My only piece of constructive criticism is that there isn’t much counter space in the bathroom. It would benefit by a shelf being added to the wall for all this misc bathroom items. Overall a good place to stay and a great place to visit. I would definitely recommend this spot to others as it was like a home away from home.
