Offering what is undoubtedly the most magnificent ocean view in Tryall from a commanding position atop Garden Hill; Quinntessential is one of the finest private homes in Jamaica where meticulous attention to detail and designers flourish result in the epitome of sophisticated living without compromise.

The handsome white façade with its light-reflecting glass is a magical combination of contemporary design and the principles of 18th century Georgian symmetrical alignment. It is rare for an architect to accomplish this with such aplomb and the effect is breathtaking.

The imposing front door with its graceful fanlight – based upon that at the Tryall Great House – opens into a perfectly square paneled entrance hall. Looking down through the reception room and to the veranda beyond, the magnificent infinity edge pool is in direct alignment with the front door and the elevation gives the impression that the ocean is flowing into the pool.

Inside or outside, elegant living spaces furnished in crisp white with accents of blues instill relaxation; dine outside on the covered veranda or inside at the elegant round Georgian dining table. But of course the pool terrace is the magnetic draw with the heated salt water infinity pool and integrated hot tub. As the evening air cools, enjoy drinks from the bar at the fire pit or adjourn to the pub below the pool with its adjacent putting green.

Twelve guests are accommodated in six bedrooms. The magnificent master suite in the main house comprises a private sitting room, bedroom, and terrace with an infinity-edge plunge pool. In the adjacent cottage, which is a mere four or five steps from the house, has four bedrooms, two on the upper level and two downstairs. The sixth bedroom is privately located adjacent to the the pool. All bedrooms face the fabulous ocean panorama; 3 have king beds, 2 have queens, and one has twin beds, which can combine to form another king. The exquisite bathrooms are fitted by waterworks throughout; two have a tub as well as a walk-in shower, and the remaining four have showers. Anticipate individuality in each bedroom with bespoke furniture custom-made for each room.

Outside, a classical white garden surrounds the villa, which is immaculately maintained and affords wonderful privacy.

The Tryall Club requires all guests to become members during their stay via a temporary membership fee of:
1 – 4 days – per day
16 years & older: $34 + 15% tax per person ($39.10)
13 – 15 years: $17 + 15% tax per person ($19.55)

5 – 7 days
16 years & older: $170 + 15% tax per person ($195.50)
13 – 15 years: $85 + 15% tax per person ($97.75)
ages 12 years and younger are complimentary
