🚭 No Smoking Indoors: Our home is a smoke-free space. A $500 cleaning fee will apply for any indoor smoking evidence, ensuring a fresh experience for all guests.

🎉 No Parties or Events: Please respect our space by keeping gatherings small and intimate, maintaining its welcoming atmosphere.

📹 Security Camera: For your peace of mind, a doorbell camera is installed outdoors. There are no cameras inside.
