Right next to the home (walking distance) is a 7-11.

THE HOUSE:
-2400 sqft home sitting on 1 Acre land perfect for families
-3 Bedroom and 2.5 Bath for a occupancy of 7 guests
-5G WiFi enabled throughout the house
-Fully stocked kitchen for our chefs!
-50'' mounted Smart TV with options to sign into your netflix or disney plus account.
-3 separated living rooms
-Board games in main living room
- House on the street! (Please keep in mind)

Main Bedroom:
Includes a queen bed with a prestige ALLSWELL mattress for comfort and relaxing stay. Closet includes hangers.

2nd Bedroom:
Twin trundle and a twin daybed allowing for 3 guests to sleep. 2 spacious closets with hangers as well. The room also has a dedicated work area.

Game Room/Bedroom:
A one of a kind Game/Bedroom featuring a 2-in-1 swivel Air Hockey and Pool table. 5-in-1 retro arcade games. To transform into a bedroom the space has a full size hotel level pullout bed couch.

FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN:
-Electric stove/microwave/oven
-Pots and pans
-Utensils/plates/cups/mugs for 7 guests
-Coffee maker
-Toaster (bread not included)
-Rice cooker (rice not included)
-Waffle maker (batter not included)
-Tongs, peeler, masher, can opener, cheese grater
-Dish washer
-Fridge (empty)

HOUSE RULES:
-First and foremost, ENJOY and make yourself feel at home!
-No house parties/events
- No pets
-At the moment, fireplace is not operable, please don't turn it on
-No smoking/illegal substances
-Please take care of furnishings, otherwise damages will be billed to you and noted
-Please take out the trash before you leave
-No food/drinks in bedrooms
-Conserve energy
-Unregistered guests not allowed and if you want to add guests please inform hosts and additional fee of $30/per person will be applied

!!PLEASE NOTE!!: There is an upcoming tent rental space (pending) which will be at the far end of the 1 acre land (backyard). House will NOT be shared, but parking and backyard will be.
Guest access
-Entry with a code provided upon booking
-Full access to the house EXCEPT basement
-Check in at 4 PM
-Checkout at 11 AM
Other things to note:
-Rings camera at front door to ensure safety for our guests
-Shared hallway bathroom for main bedroom and 2nd bedroom on top floor
-Iron (with iron board) and hair dryer
-1 Body towel and 1 face towels included for each guest.
-Portable A/C for upstairs bedrooms if needed
