En fantastisk ny 5 sovrum villa i en privat gated Orange träd plats. Villan har en master svit på första våningen med en king size-säng, en garderob direkt tillgång till poolen. De andra fyra sovrummen ligger på andra våningen. Den andra sviten har en queen size-säng med en klädkammare. Sovrum 3 har en dubbelsäng
med en klädkammare. Sovrum 4 och 5 har vardera två enkelsängar med klädkammare. Masterbadet har ett stort badkar, duschkabin och hans och hennes sänkor. Badrum 2 har tillgång till duell från antingen svit 2 eller övervåningen. Badrum 3 är ett familjeduschrum med en stor duschkabin.
Badrum 4 är en pooltoalett med vattenklosett och handfat.

Två separata bostadsområden ger gott om utrymme för avkoppling.
Den främre vardagsrummet med formell matsal har 2 soffor med soffbord och lampor. Den bakre familjens sittgrupp har en stor L-formad skinnsoffa med en 42 "plasma-TV.

Fullt utrustat kök med fyra ringgrill, ugn, stort kyl / frys, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin och dubbla handfat med skräp. Brödrost Ovn och kaffebryggare tillhandahålls också för din användning. Det finns 3 barstolar och ett Nook-bord
sittplatser för 4. Poolområdet har ett bord, stolar och 2 solstolar. Poolen och uteplatsen täcks av en insektsskärm. Poolen och jacuzzin kan värmas mot extra kostnad.

Garaget är mattor och omvandlas till ett spelrum med pool, basket, airhockey och dartaktiviteter.

Villan ligger i ett utmärkt läge med enkel tillgång till gästens behov. Många butiker som Publix (stormarknad), Walmart, Loews, Walgreens ligger inom kort köravstånd. Det nya köpcentret "Posners Place" ligger 5 minuters bilresa. Alla attraktioner i Disney, Seaworld, Universal Studios och International Drive är 20-30 minuters bilresa. Floridas designerbutiker i södra änden av International Drive ligger också 20 minuter bort. Orlando centrum är 35 minuter. Det finns många statliga parker inom 60 minuters bilresa. Gulf Coast, Tampa och Busch trädgårdar är 75 miles i I-4.

It’s okay

The mattresses were not the best, very loud even with small movements. Same thing with furniture in the living room and kitchen. TV’s in the bedrooms were tiny. The neighbors and neighborhood was very nice, not too far away from Disney World and Universal.

Spring break

The house was nice need to update the furniture stool at the bar was badly peeling and the master bed the first night of sleeping in it I was bitten by something not for sure what when I wake up my right eye was swollen my left arm was swollen with big red mark and bits on right arm and leg where I had to call urgent care. I had to keep ice on my arm and eye for two days using over the counter cortisone cream . So from that night on we didn’t sleep in the master bed. I’ve been coming to Florida for last nine years on spring break with my family. I have use the VRBO. Never had this to happen. I’m back in Va . I’m still itching and my left upper leg is still swollen with big red mark. Will be seeing my doctor. you may want check for bed bugs I was very disappointed about this.

Review

The house as very nice and in a great community. We paid extra to have the pool and hot tub heated. The water was never warm enough to use either during our stay even after the pool tech came out to fix it. Other than that we were happy with our stay.

Family spring break getaway

Rented 5 bedroom 4 bath with pool. Said furnished, has limited dishes/utensils 10 towels for the whole house. Sofa in the main living room was broken on both ends. A tile broke on pool wall that kids got cut on. Grill doesn't work. House was not clean.

Rental Property

Generally pleased. The property is somewhat "shop worn" and needs some sprucing up. Front entrance, interior hand rails and back entrance needs painting. Some furniture needs to be replaced (broken or damaged). While we paid extra for a heated pool we found both the pool and hot tub were dirty and needed to be cleaned. The amount of cutlery, dishes and related utensils were barely adequate for our group of four and would not been adequate for a larger group Will all that said we found the location convenient and were satisfied.

Older property but great for our visit.

We had 11 in our group. The house accommodated us space wise. The kids enjoyed the game room but it has no air in it since it is a converted garage. Bring your own paper plates and bowls if you have a large group and extra towels. The pool was enjoyed and the water was warm and comfortable in March! The furniture was dated but comfortable and clean. The home needs a good deep cleaning. The neighbors next door had alot of traffic and visitors but we did not have any interaction with them so all went well. It was in a great location to shop, visit Legoland, restaurants, and the traffic in the area was not awful. We'd rent the house again.

STAY AWAY

Not a good experience at all. We got to the house at 345. the cleaning people were still there which is fine check in is 4. I knocked on the door and the cleaning lady says your 15 minutes early. I said okay what time do you think you'll be done. She says 430! what does me being early have to do with the fact that you won't be done cleaning until after checkin. About 20 minutes laster the door opens and a couple guys walk out with a kid and balloons. Looked to me as if they had a birthday party at the house. The cleaning ladies did not finish until 5pm. 1 hour after the guaranteed check in time. Then, the pool/spa heater did not work. I informed the property manager right away. He said someone would be out first thing in the morning. They weren't. I contacted them again for an update. He just said they were working on it. Everytime I spoke with the property manager he had the same response. "Gustavo is looking for a part." It's Florida!!! It should not be that difficult to find a part for the pool. I work for one of the largest hotel chains in the world, I can find any part for my pool and I'm in Iowa!! I'm also CPO certified. (certified pool/spa operator) so I am very familiar with pools. The entire week I was there I just kept getting the runaround and talked to like I'm stupid. The game room is complete junk. writing all over the house walls. Beds were probably 20 years old. Couch was broken. And everything has a charge. crappy 30 dollar grills to use but it's 60 dollars to rent. If you don't clean it afterwards it's a 40 dollar charge. The safety net in the pool area is a charge if you don't put it back. Don't do their laundry that's a charge. If the garbage is overflowiing that's an extra charge. The cleaning ladies filled the garbage up to where the lid was propped open so we couldn't throw anything away for two days!! Do yourself a favor and keep looking. Voiced all the above concerns to the property owner and he didn't care. Property is run down. Looks like he tries to soak as much money out of it without putting a dime into it. I'm extremely disatisfied. Only reason I booked that house was so kids could swim. Oh and the pool heater was an extra 140 dollars. They don't tell you that when you book the home!

Be careful don’t touch anything. Surprise charges everywhere. Read book.

Nice area. But we were scared to touch or do anything. There were charges for everything. If you unplug anything $40. If you clean $40. I mean everything has a charge. We stayed out everyday so not to get an accidental charge. We went and bought items to clean with so not to get charged. We took pictures of anything broken or damaged so we wouldn’t get charged. Nice affordable place to stay but very uncomfortable to stay in because the fear of being charged for anything. Wow we tried not to touch a thing and follow the rules to a T. Oh and check out time is an hour sooner then it says. So be ready to leave an hour early or someone will show up 30 minutes before it is time to go.

Looks can be deceiving.

The villa is not what you think. I have rented a lot of villas in the area and this is the worst. The furniture was old, some broken and the mattresses were uncomfortable for some. We needed to move furniture in two areas of the villa to find items, dust and trash that for me should not have been there, which means the cleaning is very poor. Had an issue with the cable (property manager assisted), but couldn't watch regular TV until the next morning after cable company rep had to correct issue. The villa has a lot of restricted rules unaware of and never seen before, makes it uncomfortable during stay. My family had constant conplaints. It would be a nicer place to stay if the villa is more updated in some areas of the home. Will not stay again...

Great stay but a few hiccups

Our stay could've been much better if all the remotes had batteries, the maintenance man lied to me about bringing batteries (he wasn't pleasant at all). Most of the mattresses are old and very noisy (very uncomfortable). Yard trash in the game room. The pool and indoor space was the best.

Spacious but not very clean.

The place was very spacious, all games in game room broken, not completely clean, hair in sink, cigarette butts near pool area, lots of scratches and marks on the walls, one bed broken pieces, rules that was broken before I got there. However I did enjoy my stay but will not stay again nor recommend.

Family vacation

Had an enjoyable time. Wished the air hockey table was working and that there were kitchen towels and more pots available for cooking. But overall we had a great time. Would definitely stay there again.

Davenport House

The house is beautiful, great Pool. Rooms are very comfortable. The common areas are spacious and nice. We love the play area at the garage. Everything was clean and neat.

Not quite home

A good house. Lots of room. It could be updated...rugs would be the first thing to go...several stains through out. Beds were clean but could use new mattresses quite squeaky!! All appliances present. Maids over looked cleaning oven no big deal dishwasher didn't work. There were no phones upon arrival called property manager had new phone and extra bath towels. Nice quiet neighbourhood and not far to several ammenities.

Beautiful home

The home itself was beautiful and it fit our family perfect. However the pictures are a bit decieving. Based off the pictures I thought we would be right near a park which would have been perfect for my kids but the park is actually located in a totally different subdivision that is gated. We also had random people coming to the house when we weren't there to swim in the pool. When we arrived the back door was opened to the pool and there were cigarette butts everywhere. We were there for the 4th and would have liked to grill but that was an additional $75 to use the grill for one day. Overall it's a nice home but my family will not return to this property.
