Beautiful and fully renovated one bedroom with two full bathrooms. You will fall in love from the moment you walk through the door! The kitchen is bright and open and features ample cabinetry with beautiful counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom offers a king bed and SMART TV. Master bathroom has a walk in shower while hall bathroom features a tub/shower combo. The living room features a sectional with sleeper and flat screen TV. Spacious, fully furnished balcony for taking in those breathtaking sunrises or watching the cruise ships pass by. Its just a short walk to the beach to catch an amazing rocket launch, take an evening stroll or collect seashells. Complex offers a large oceanside heated pool, hot tub, sauna, covered parking, onsite laundry facility, basketball/tennis courts and oceanfront grilling/picnic area.

Outstanding stay

The apartment and the property are all exceptionally well maintained. We especially enjoyed the beautiful view from the balkony, the pool and the short walking distance to the beach. The apartment is well equipped with everything we could think of and we wished we could have stayed longer.

Great location very clean

The condo was in a great location, was very clean and well stocked . Only issue was it said it had a washer and dryer but did not. Otherwise great condo.

Great Place

Other than workers pounding away next door for two days the stay was perfect. The only bad thing was we couldn't stay longer.

First Florida Getaway

The condo was newly renovated, had everything we could ever need or want in the kitchen, two renovated full baths, and a south facing balcony for all afternoon sun! This complex has a lovely pool and hot tub and is directly on the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Nice property

This was a nice, modern property. It was clean and had the best master bath shower we have seen in any vrbo property. The overall impression of this property was very positive. There were a couple of things. Electrical plugs were not located well in the master for charging or medical equipment. There should have been a small dining table with normal chairs to use as the stools for the counter were at an awkward height. There were a few too many wine glasses and not any straight sided glasses for water or milk. It was nice having two bathrooms and even though we did not use the pull out couch it was comfortable as just a normal couch. The TV in the living room was not easy to use, maybe just a minimal cable package would have been better. Overall we were very pleased with our 2 week stay.

Great Location and Renovated Unit!

Overall we had a great 5 night stay at this VRBO Property! We have stayed in many before and this one ranks as one of the cleanest we have been too, lovely renovations too! A few things we found were lacking, like tea, sugar and things like a pen/paper, tape or any kind of plastic wrap or ziplock bags, but other than that is was well stocked! The sheets and beds were comfortable and we had 1 blanket missing for the sofa bed and we got a very quick response from the owner to remedy it! The laundry room was clean and easy to access, although there are only 2 washers and dryers for the whole building. The view was amazing and the pool was warm and clean as well. Access to the beach was a breeze and the elevators worked fast and well the whole trip. The unit itself was as described although not a ton of space for our suitcases but we definitely made it work! Thanks for the wonderful stay!!
