Villa Phare is a recent renovated 3-bedroom villa located in Gustavia within minutes of the beach and a short walk from restaurants and shopping. This villa enjoys extraordinary views of the harbor as well as spectacular sunsets. The architect, Pierre Monsaingeon is very well known and was inspired by the Mexican architect Luis Barragan. Inside, warm wood mixes with neutral colors and fabrics, natural stones, and green plants. The furniture was inspired by Christian Liaigre. All rooms open to the terrace in front of the pool (with the exception of the air-conditioned, well-equipped gym and TV room). The open-plan living room leads to the outside dining area, which has seating for 8 guests. The well-equipped kitchen has a large selection of china and glassware. Each air-conditioned bedroom is similar in size and has a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, mini-fridge, safe and private telephone. The TV room, which has a sleeper sofa, can double as a fourth bedroom upon request. The finest quality house linens are used. Extensive plantings and splendid gardens adorn the grounds. A set of stairs, built into the hillside, leads to the road, where it's just a five minute walk to town. A wooden terrace with loungers surrounds the large infinity pool. The house also has WiFi and high-speed Internet; a fax machine, printer, and computer; and U.S. satellite TV. This villa is not available during the off-season. Villa Phare comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children.
