D building has A BEAUTIFUL GULFSIDE patio with views of the beach. Come have coffee with the sunrise and a cocktail with the sunset. Your patio is 3 steps from the private beach entrance. With a king bed in the master and a queen in the second bedroom and a sleeper sofa and room to hold the whole family. Updated tile floors upgraded bathroom all new dinning set along with new furniture. We want you to feel at home, so we are fully stocked with beach cart to towels and coffee. New to the rental market and a great location ...Our unit is one of 5 that face the ocean and have the best of both Intercoastal pool and the beach life. Make your memories here with us. We hope to make this your vacation destination spot to become our repeat guest.

Family Beach Vacation

This place was perfect for our little family of 4. Cross-walk to the beach is right outside the door.

Great condo!

We stayed at this condo for a quick getaway with our two teenagers. The condo was perfect for us, clean and well stocked with everything you need for the beach. The location was so convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay for small families

My husband, two kids and my sister were all able to stay comfortable. Enough room for five people. Kitchen and grill on the property so made it easy to make food and store snacks. Close to the beach and activities. Perfect location!

Location

Literally your patio gate opens and your at the crosswalk for beach access. Worked great for family of three kids. Not a lot of traffic but things still close … putt golf steps away.

Cold Weather Get-Away

Took our family for a short stay down in Indian Shores. Sea La Vie had everything we needed. We were really impressed to find chairs, an umbrella, coolers, beach toys, and more already part of our accommodation. It made our arrival easy and we were able to start relaxing that much sooner. The place was clean. Easy communication with the Owner. And a skip and a hop from the beach. We really loved the back patio in the mornings and early afternoons.

Loved it

This condo is beautiful and so comfortable. The master bed was amazing!! The condo had everything we needed, for our stay. We received communication, from the owner, the day before about our departure time, due to how very busy the week was for them. (Spring Break). I wish she would have reminded us, in that communication, about the parking tag. We read the rules when we first walked into the condo. It clearly stated the cost of the tag if it is not returned. We left with the tag, in our scramble to get on the road back home (3:30 AM). Cost us $100.00. So save yourself the $100 and don't forget to leave the parking tag.
