Villa Emma is a spacious and tastefully furnished single storey seaside escape located within a short stone’s throw of the Playa de las Cañas, and adjacent to the popular Chiringuito Triana Marbella. There is only one other property closer to the sea than Villa Emma, and the sonorous sounds and scent of the Mediterranean provide a unique sensory experience for guests.
From the quiet avenue outside the property, a securely gated vehicular entrance leads to a car port, sufficient for a large car.
Along from this, one will find a wicket gate through which the property is entered on foot, opening onto a spacious and well-appointed outdoor living area.
An entrance adjacent to the car port leads to a delightfully furnished living annex, off which can be found a utility room for storage, home to an additional refrigerator and freezer.
Adjacent to this is a spacious and well-equipped laundry room.
Located next to the entrance door one finds the controls for the alarm and the air conditioning – both of these are easy to operate, and do not require a degree in Astro Physics to be understood!
The main entrance to the villa is through the annex, and opens into a capacious open plan living area, configured as a dining area and a charmingly furnished living space for socialising and relaxing. Beyond the chic dining area is a well-appointed modern kitchen, equipped to a high specification with top brand name appliances and benefitting from a breakfast bar.
