Horrible

What stay? This is a complete misrepresentation of the property and what you’re booking. There is a reason there are no pictures of the outside. The moment we started driving down the street, the neighborhood continued to get worse. We arrived at the house to find cars parked out front facing the wrong direction, a for sale sign in the yard, and a green notice posted on the mailbox. We tried contacting the host however the phone number was disconnected. We contacted Vrbo who also could not make contact with the host.Don’t waste your time or money booking this place, you will definitely regret getting scammed.

Most awful experience ever

We didn't even end up staying. This whole experience was awful. We will never use Vrbo again. To say the listing was inaccurate doesn't even touch on the reality. It was in a bad neighborhood where the air conditioner was changed to the back cement pad for safety, the entire placed smelled like a mixture of animal feces and unclean house, there were cobwebs with little black flies in multiple corners, there was what appeared to be a dead cockroach in the bathtub, and when we opened a door that led to the basement there was a large hole in the basement wall that looked like a raccoon or something similar had been living in it. Add that to the fact that there were extension cords running from the living room to a bedroom to power a tv which is not safe. We left and booked a hotel immediately. When we contacted Vrbo they sounded as if they were interested in helping and I spent hours on the phone with them. Days later they said unfortunately the host didn't agree to honor a refund as he had already paid a cleaning service and could have had someone else come clean for us once we were there. I responded back that this wasn't just a minor cleanliness issue. Between the area that appeared to have an animal living in it and the dead cockroach this is unacceptable. Vrbo informed me that for them a house has to be fully infested before they consider it a major issue. Horrible service, horrible experience and they should be ashamed to give this time of service.

Super close to IUPUI, Riley, VA Hospital

Great communication with owner. Property was clean and well lit outside when we arrived. As other reviews have said there is no half bath but two full baths was fine. Wish there had been more seating for the living room. Overall great stay and would stay again when visiting the campus.
