There's a poolside lounge that's the perfect spot to get lost in a novel, or simply wait for some tasty treats being grilled on your outdoor BBQ.

Step inside and see the beautiful open concept space design. The living room boasts a 75" Smart TV, comfy plush furniture, and sliding glass door entrance to the patio. The dining area has a large capacity table with room for 6, and there's additional dining space at the kitchen island bar. You'll love all that extra countertop space too! The kitchen has new stainless steel high-end appliances and plenty of cupboards to hold everyone's snacks. There's even a dishwasher to handle the clean up.

The main level of the house hosts a large Queen bedroom suite, and there is also a full bathroom on this level. Upstairs, you'll find the rest of the bedrooms including the master King suite with sparkling ensuite bathroom. There is also a room with two twin beds, and another with a trundle bunk-bed that can sleep 5 people. Each of the bedrooms has it's own smart TV and the home is equipped with high speed wireless internet service.

Guests can enjoy free access to the ChampionsGate Oasis Clubhouse. The complex includes 2 separate water zones including the circular lagoon pool that’s perfect for soaking in the sunshine. The second zone includes the water slides, tunnels, lazy river and splash zone for the kids to play all day long. Guests can also make use of the poolside cabanas and the tiki bar that’s open every day. A short walk from the pool area is the main clubhouse with the Oasis Grille Restaurant and bar, a fitness center, two regulation-sand volleyball courts, seven tennis courts, family cinema, kids play/craft zone and more. The resort is encompassed by 36 holes of championship level golf course. But, if golf isn’t your thing, there is also a day spa where you can relax, enjoy a massage, or indulge in a pedicure.

• The driveway is available for parking and can hold up to 2 vehicles. If required, parking is also available at the clubhouse only during the day.

• Clubhouse is open daily from 9am - 9pm, year-round.

• Pets are allowed in our home that is either 3 small, 2 medium, or 1 large. The pet fee is $129/animal (one-time fee).
