We try to give all our guests as much space as possible. I encourage them to use the app for any questions, and to only call my phone if it’s an emergency.

STAYS LONGER THAN 45 NIGHTS
* If the guest is staying for more than 45 Nights, a mid stay reset will be performed by the host to ensure property maintenance, linen reset, and the guest is abiding by house rules in order to continue the lease. The guest is responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay.

If you are not already verified via ID Check on Airbnb, then you will need to complete the following steps before you arrive: We complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi (Truvi Technologies Limited. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi (Truvi Technologies Limited will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification process after booking. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $500 refundable security deposit **If you are not already verified on Airbnb.**

20 NIGHT+ Long Stay Cleaning Fee
For stays longer than 20 nights, the cleaning fee will be adjusted to account for the need for a more thorough and extensive cleaning. This helps maintain the property in excellent condition for both your stay and future guests. You will be notified of the revised cleaning fee and an updated payment request will be sent after your reservation is confirmed.
