Explore the vast 4-acre property. Grill out on the scenic deck. Revel in fiery pit nights. Play air hockey or shuffleboard. Soak in the soul-soothing spa gazing upon ancient Blue Ridge peaks. No matter what you do here, each day begins on the deck with your favorite brew, watching the mountains awash in dawn's hues, and occasional grazing deer. This is Sunrise Splendor – a retreat where a calming vibe stays with you long after your stay.

Relax and enjoy the luxuries of this award-winning cabin that include cozy robes, take home slippers, plush towels, ring-spun cotton sheets, bath spa bags and the highest quality bathroom tissue. Our welcome basket supplies a starter kit of coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, and even a few truffles for the chocolate lover.

No Steps Entry
Arrive at a ground level, no steps entrance that’s quite convenient and easy on elders or others who would rather carry on than carry supplies up a flight of stairs.

Main Level Living
Warm & Cozy. Feel the Above The Rest cozy welcome upon entering this open layout.  Wide oak hardwood floors chase beautiful heart pine, wall to ceiling paneling. Kitchen & Dining. The harvest-style, bench dining seats up to 6 against windows with memorable mountain views. The fully stocked open kitchen will invite any host-going enthusiasts. Lazy Living Room. The warming, floor to ceiling, mountain stone, gas log fireplace is accompanied by a sizable streaming TV. Sink into plush seating for up to five. Surrounding scenic window views will instill a calm and relaxing mood. King Bedroom. The main floor King bedroom includes a sizable closet, dresser drawers, lots of natural lighting from windows with woodland views. Full Bathroom. A tub/shower full bathroom serves both the living room and king bedroom.  

Main Level Deck
Step out onto the breezy main level deck that overlooks long range mountain vistas blanketed by brilliant blue skies by day and cluster diamond-like stars at night. Recline & Relax. There is plenty of seating for up to 8 as everyone can enjoy picturesque views while breathing crisp mountain air.  Gas Grill. Your grill master can cook on the sizable gas grill complete with supplied propane.

Loft Level
Common Area. Tall, wood paneled, A-frame ceilings welcome you at the top of stairs. Queen Bedroom. The open area Queen bed rests against beautiful, long, angle-shaped, A-frame panels that climb to the rafters. Unpack your things with a sizable closet.  Big windows bring warm natural light and woodsy views. A comfy fold out futon sleeping option sits nearby.  Full Bathroom.  A tub/shower combo bathroom serves the upstairs loft.  Private Balcony.  The breathtaking balcony with close up mountain views shelters you in a scenic A-framed perch. Sip a favorite drink while taking in stunning vistas, crisp air, and all that a mountain vacation offers. 

Lower Level Game Room & Bedroom
Game Room.  Challenge companions to an air hockey or hand shuffleboard game. Warm up to the mountain stone, gas log fireplace.  Watch streaming TV on a wall mounted 32” flat screen while lounging in a cushy couch seating 3. Double Queen Bedroom. This roomy, rustic bedroom has wall-to-ceiling wood panels, two queen beds, sitting chair, and dresser drawers. Full Bathroom. The bathroom serves both the downstairs den and bedroom with a vanity sink and tub-shower combo.

Terrace Patio & Fiery Nights
Spa.  Dissolve away in a 4-person hot tub. This soothing soaker is drained, sanitized, filled with clean mountain spring water, and pH-balanced before your arrival. Hot tub overlooks majestic mountain views. Patio Seating. Snack on a two-seater side table or sway in the floating lovers swing. See the photos showing even more seating options. No matter where you recline under this covered shady patio, the soothing sunrise and long range mountain views are nature's healing power.  Fire Pit. Gather your pyro people and conveniently step down to the backyard’s circular stone fire pit with ample Adirondack seating. Spark up a hearty flame, and make marshmallow memories amid nature’s nocturnal soundtrack. On clear nights, look up. The sparkling, diamond-studded sky poets have called “the eyes of angels," will humble everyone.

Drive.  Roads are paved all the way.  Driveway is circular and can accommodate up to 3 vehicles.
