VILLA VALHALLA apartment, 4 min walk to the beach!

Villa Valhalla (penthouse floor) is a luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment and is located in the gated Blue Bay Golf & Beach Resort! The penthouse floor is suitable for 4 people and has a spacious terrace with panoramic views! It is a 5 minute walk from the beautiful beach, as well as two restaurants, beach bar and diving school. Furthermore there are 2 supermarkets in 5 min driving distance. Everything you need for a relaxed holiday!

The space

Villa Valhalla consists of three floors. This apartment is located on the third floor. With a massive terrace, it has outstanding views of the resort and further! There is an outside dining area under the gazebo, sun beds and a comfy lounge area where you can relax and enjoy the island breeze. There are two large sliding doors that open onto the kitchen and living area, where you'll find a large beautiful kitchen with island, induction stove top, oven, pots, pans, cutlery, Nespresso machine, toaster, Keurig machine and a large refrigerator with a water and ice filtration system so you will always have clean drinking water!

The living room has a large sectional couch and a 65" Smart TV and 2 portable Bluetooth speakers. There is no AC in the main room

There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with one queen bed, air conditioner and ceiling fan and have their own ensuite's.

The villa is a 5 minute walk to beautiful Blue Bay beach, beach bar and two restaurants including the new 5 star, Brass Boer. Enjoy live music and happy hours that are organized on the beach, along with performances and other musical activities. There are also kayak rentals and snorkeling classes that head out to the reef every few hours.

Security staff make rounds of the resort to ensure everyone has a safe stay 24/7!

The villa is less than a 10 minute drive to and from the airport and a 5 minute drive to the Centrum and Carrefour supermarkets, open seven days a week!

Water & Electricity Usage

Electricity is billed according to actual consumption. Electricity will be charged $0.70 (USD) per Kwh.

WATER USAGE (Flat Rate) per week
• 1-2 Guests : $35 USD
• 2-6 Guests : $65 USD
• 6-12 Guests : $95 USD

Together with the host, the meter readings will occur upon check in and check out.

Taxes

A 7% tourist tax will be charged for every booking.

A $500 security deposit is required in cash upon arrival. This will go towards tourist tax, hydro and water expenses. At checkout, together with our host, he will go over meter readings again and whatever is owed will be deducted from the deposit and the remaining funds will be returned to you.
