Om boendet

This 3rd floor corner unit has some of the best views of Beach Haven. This brand new luxury condominium is in the heart of Beach Haven, which offers activities for the entire family. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo offers easy access to local favorites. 2 blocks to Bay Village, 1 block to Fantasy Island and walking distance to some of the best local restaurants.

After a day at the beach enjoy the sunset from the rooftop, which has firepits and a heated salt water pool (opens May 15th).
The space
Upon arrival you can park your car for the week. Local attractions are all walking distance.

For the beach we have 6 beach badges, 6 beach chairs, wagon and umbrella.

Cleaning Fee - this includes all bedding linens and towels for 6 guests - pillows are provided.
We ask guests to bring their own beach towels.

Parking is underground and 2 spaces are available. Space #'s 19 & 20.

Other things to note
The VRBO guest who makes the reservation MUST be present for the stay.

Perfect stay great location

We had a wonderful time in LBI. The condo was perfect - clean, well stocked, loved that we didn’t need to bring bedding, and the location was fabulous. We were close to the beach and next to Fantasy Island. Great spot to watch fireworks too. Loved everything about the stay.

Labor Day break

This property was amazing! You can’t beat the location and the unit was spacious, beautiful decor, very clean comfortable beds and all the amenities you could need. It was such a treat for our week long stay. The owner was fantastic to communicate with and very accommodating and responsive.

Perfect beach getaway

This spot was absolutely perfect for my beach getaway weekend (i.e. laid back bachelorette). Four girlfriends and myself stayed at the apartment which was even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. Melanie was super helpful and responsive especially when an out of service AC unit started leaking unexpectedly at midnight. The sunset views and rooftop pool were definitely the highlights for me and you can't ask for a better location in terms of being in walking distance to the best restaurants. I highly recommend!
