“LITTLE TORCH TREASURE'' a proven guest favorite for many years is under new ownership / management in 2023. This RESORT-STYLE retreat is filled with amenities for you and your family to enjoy this 5-Star rental! This home comes complete with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms private fenced yard, large swimming pool, tiki hut with entertainment bar, boat dock for up to 25' boot!

ABOUT THE HOME: The main level offers a spacious 1200 sf of living space. With an open concept, ample lighting and comfort in mind this home is great for mixed families and friends to enjoy a month in The Keys! The downstairs offers another 800 sq feet of indoor / outdoor living.

LAYOUT: On the main floor you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, spacious kitchen, laundry room and upstairs screen deck.

***Downstairs you will find an oversized guest bonus suite with king size bed, full bathroom and large screened entertainment area. ***

BONUS EQUIPMENT: Ice machine (80 lbs per day), additional refrigerator, freezer

RELAX! The lush tropical mature landscaped backyard POOL area includes Tiki Hut with bar and fans, a Propane Grill, hammock, outdoor shower, outdoor dining, umbrellas plus more seating with lounge chairs for relaxation and entertaining.

BRING YOUR BOAT! A 25' concrete dock is available for your use for your boat. The dock is equipped with boat whips to keep boat in position. Boat lift is not usable by guests unless prior authorization is provided!

PARKING: The downstairs parking area accepts up to 4 cars or 2 cars and 1 boat trailer. This house will also accommodate an RV and is conveniently fenced for kids and privacy.

IDEAL FOR: Large families or mixed family and friends, guests who like to be out of the hustle of Key West, boaters - deep water boating access to both the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic, water and sun lovers! This home is sure to provide an authentic Keys experience and has been a guest favorite for many years!

February relaxation

The house was well stocked with very usable pots pansdishes and gadgets. The property was clean and well maintained. My wife and I were unable to use the kayaks because it wasn't easy to get in them from the ladder. Otherwise, it's a great property and we would highly recommend it.

Quiet retreat.

We were pleased with the overall calmness of this property. It is in a quiet neighborhood and the neighbors we did meet were very cordial. Easy access to the ocean and back waters. Great boat lift. The one down side of this property is that the vegetation completely blocked out any sunlight on the pool. February was a very cool month for the keys and so swimming was not so good.
