In Thailand, electricity is a very expensive and precious commodity.95% of villas in Phuket charge electricity separate from the rent, including our villas.This is because we welcome a wide variety of travelers to the area.Some tourists spend a little time at home, preferring to explore the outdoors and the beach, consuming less electricity at home, while others prefer to spend the entire holiday at home, enjoying our facilities and consuming more electricity.If there is no difference in electricity prices, we will be forced to increase the rent for all guests.In the interests of fairness, we have decided to split this fee and charge a fee based on the use of the Guest.

The meter will be read again at check-in and check-out to determine your usage.You will be charged at a government rate of 6 baht per kW/hour (no extra charge from the host), which is usually equivalent to 300 to 600 baht per day (60 to 120 RMB/day) depending on the use of the air conditioner.Please turn off the air conditioner when you are not at home.Guests can pay at check-out in local currency.Thank you in advance for your understanding!

Upon arrival, please prepare 1,000 baht per day for prepaid electricity.All currencies are acceptable. (Example: If you are staying for 3 days, prepare 3 x 1,000 baht or equivalent currency).This will be used as a deposit.The meter will be checked again at checkout.You will be charged at the government rate of 6 baht per kWh (no extra charge from the host) and the difference in security deposit will be refunded by the host upon check out.


★ELECTRICITY★
In Thailand, electricity is a very expensive and precious commodity. 95% of Phuket villas charge an electricity fee separate from the rental price, including our villa. This is due to the variety of travelers we welcome to the area. Some visitors spend a little time in the home, preferring to explore the outdoors and beaches & consuming very little electricity at home, while others prefer to spend their entire vacation in the home enjoying our amenities and consuming a larger amount of electricity. Without the differentiation in price for electricity, we would be forced to increase the rate of the rental for all guests. In an effort to be fair, we have decided to separate this fee and charge guests according to their usage.

An electric meter reading will be taken at check-in and again at check-out to determine your usage. You will be charged at the government rate (no additional fees from the host) at the rate of 6thb per kW/h, which usually equates to a daily rate of 300thb to 600thb (9usd to 18usd)depending on AC usage. Please turn off the AC when you are not home. Charges can be paid in local currency upon departure. Thank you in advance for your understanding!
