Other things to note:
There are train tracks that run a couple of blocks away from the house. There may be some train sounds at various times during the night. Also, be aware that the suite is above a garage, and you may hear the garage door opening and closing when we have to come or go. If you are a light sleeper, or like to sleep with the window open, you may want to bring earplugs.
