Private studio located minutes from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater campus! 5-10 minutes from downtown Whitewater. This studio has all you need to make your stay, for work or play, as comfortable as possible!

This unit offers a queen size bed, SMART TV, kitchen area stocked with culinary necessities, full bathroom, and private patio area.

The Space:
This is a studio room is furnished with WiFi, smart tv, heat, air conditioning, kitchen (with essentials), private bathroom, and closet. This space boasts a great work-from-home environment!

Guest Access:
Guests will access the unit through the main entrance and up one flight of stairs. Access to the unit is done through a smart-lock located on the door, the access code is sent to you through your booking channel.

Guests will have access to a parking spot outside in the private parking lot (please note - parking pas is REQUIRED to utilize private lot).

The Neighborhood:
Whitewater offers something for everyone. Activities available in Whitewater include: Hiking tails, art galleries, wineries, pubs, breweries, local eateries, and so much more!

If you stay with us between the beginning of May through the end of October, check out Whitewater's Farmers Market on Saturdays from 8:00am - noon!

Getting Around:
While this property is about a 10 minute walk from Main Street, Whitewater has a variety of transportation services including Uber, Lyft, and taxi services to get you where you need to go!

Other Things to Note:
If found smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the unit the tenant will be charged $250. All smoking, vaping, and burning must be done outside at least 30 feet from the building.

Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $250.

Parties are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $500.

No pets allowed. If there is evidence of pets in the unit you tenant will be charged $200.

This unit is professionally managed by Patriot Properties. Please communicate directly through your booking platforms messaging system. If necessary, call the main office line to contact management, after hours emergency information will be available at the main office number.
