Coastal style meets luxury in this beautifully furnished home in the charming neighborhood, only 2 miles to the beach! Bring your whole family to this great place with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. This home forms a courtyard around a large swimming pool visible from all the main rooms. The pool is heated and covered with mosquito net for your convenience. Lots of entertainment space for family and friends: pool deck, a separate BBQ and outdoor dining area, a grass area behind the pool for your pet, a living room, a family room with a large sectional sofa for TV lounging and a fully equipped kitchen. In-home laundry, parking in the 2-car garage and a large driveway. Here you will enjoy 100% cotton bed linens, luxurious pillows, feather duvets, oversized bath towels, lots of beach and pool towels and beach chairs.

This is one of the original Fort Lauderdale suburbs that still retains its mid-century style. The neighbors are friendly and the neighborhood is very family-oriented and peaceful. It's also very close to the beach at Lauderdale-By-The-Sea and stop #10 of my favorite water taxi tour where you get to see mansions and super yachts of the rich and famous.

Private pool deck with seating and lounge chairs. Separate outdoor dining with a grilling station and a dining table for six. There is a secondary grassy backyard behind the pool for your pet. Pool has floats for your enjoyment.

LAUNDRY
Full-sized washer and dryer with laundry detergent, iron and ironing board, vacuum, broom, and dustpan.

Amazing property

Regina was an exceptional host who went above and beyond to meet our needs. The house was fantastic and had enough space to comfortably accommodate a family of six. The kitchen was fully equipped and the laundry room was a bonus. Everyone loved the heated pool, which was a huge hit. Overall, we had a fantastic time during our stay.

This property is a great place to spend time with family and friends. You can enjoy every thing from entrance to the pool. Regina is a very nice person and the best host ever. I will recommend to all of you this perfect place. Deserve 5+ stars for every thing

Great stay

We travel to Florida every year to visit family, and stay in rentals. This trip I was accompanied with my husband and 3 kids (6,10, 17). Upon arrival the check in was easy and well detailed. House was well maintained and bedrooms were large. The beds were absolutely amazing, our kids said it was the best sleep they have had. Pool was a bonus! The only reason why I am not giving it 5 stars is due to seeing several cockroaches in the kitchen. Regina was responsive and shared that it’s typical in Florida and the rain. I’m from the Midwest so I was scared they would travel home with us. All is well.
