Amazing!

This was the perfect spot for our trip to Tacoma! We were attending a function at the Tacoma dome and this was a great distance to the dome and the property itself felt quiet and safe for Tacoma. Owner was nice enough to let us park in the driveway which made us feel better about our car being outside since we’ve had issues in the past in this area with break-ins. Hosts were super helpful with answering all of our questions and were very attentive making sure we had what we needed! Highly recommended this property!

Quite and cozy

Place was well kept, clean and quite. Had A/C which was fantastic since it was hot out. I’d stay again.

Meh

This was not my best experience with a VRBO. Sometimes I find checking in can be a challenge, this place was confusing…no surprise but the place was not clean! The floors were sticky, crumbs in the drawers and under the cushions for the Hid-abed (where my daughter was to sleep!). We had three guests (which I clarified even after making the reservation) and they left 2 bath towels…unacceptable! Lastly this is in the basement of their house so we could hear music or other noise at all hours and even when they were using the bathroom. Usually I am able to overlook these things but combined I was very disappointed!

5 star suite & host

Had a fantastic time in the Seattle/Tacoma area. This suite was spacious, well maintained, very clean and stocked with basic needs: towels, soap, laundry detergent, nice basket of snacks, etc. The host is very responsive and took care of my needs during my stay. The suite has a private entry and easy parking. Bed was comfortable with excellent pillows and sheets. Plenty of space to enjoy your stay in the area. 5 star property and host.

Comfy & Clean

Perfect for our trip to visit family. This was between Lakewood & Seattle area. We slept very comfy in the king bed. The living room was nice for watching Netflix and chilling on our down time. Having the washer and dryer was so nice! The laundry was done before I got home. Great stay for us!!

Very impressed!

It was a great home in a great location. It is in a very quiet neighborhood. I would suggest maybe getting an air fryer and a lamp for the living room so that all the living room lights have to be on. It gets really dark if you are watching a movie and all the lights are off. When I come back I hope this location is available because I would stay again.

Peaceful Respite

Home is lovely and very neat and convenient. Neighborhood is also very quiet. Homeowner and local contact have also been very responsive and resolution oriented. We would gladly stay here again.

Comfy Stay

This has been an overall great experience. Peter was a great host making sure he took care of all my needs. When my noisy boys visited he was very gracious and hospitable. Great amenities for a long extended stay, I was very comfortable here.
