Family fun

This is a great home for families! We had kids from 3-15 & they all enjoyed the games outside, the air hockey and the hot tub. Was too chilly to do the pool but it looked nice. Lots of room for everyone & the house was very clean, friendly & located well for our plans. Hosts were easily accessible & responded immediately with any questions. Would stay here again!

Phoenix roadtrip

I live in Hawaii and having a car restored in phoenix and needed a place convenient to stay and this place was perfect for me and my friends and located in the area where I had to go. The host responded fast and gave us the house rules simple directions easy to follow. I would stay here again when I come back

Good not great.

Host was excellent for responses. For the host and cleaning fee we paid, I did expect a little better. There was very old coffee in the coffee pot when we arrived (the grounds were cleaned out of the top at least). The garbage can outside was 65% full of nasty trash which didn't leave a ton of room for our trash during our week long stay. As for the house itself, it was roomy and comfortable, with a few caveats. There were a few door hinge pins that had been replaced with thin screws which caused the doors to not always close easily. I found that pretty unacceptable considering the pins cost less than a dollar and take under a minute to change. The laundry room door hinge was pulled out of the frame by improper screwing, which meant it didn't shut at all so that was banging open and shut with the wind non-stop. The master bedroom was very large, but the door was completely see through. Made it very awkward to try and have romantic time since there were other people in the house. The hot tub was great, but it was unable to hold heat once the cover was removed fully. The neighborhood was decent looking, but felt a little unsafe. Now, let's talk about the positives. Beds were very comfortable and almost brand new. Furniture was all brand new, and with the exception of a couple chairs assembled backwards, was great. The games out back were awesome! Had to fix one first though. I think they need to step up their game in a market as heavily saturated as Phoenix.

Une maison qui manque un d’amour

La maison est comme les photos mais en beaucoup plus usé. Des prises de courant qui ne fonctionne plus (beaucoup), des trucs réparés avec du ruban adhésif, etc. Le propriétaire à répondu rapidement quand on l’a contacté quand les prises de courant on cessé de fonctionner mais n’a jamais envoyé personne. Le cartier est bien mais ne vous éloignez pas trop! En faisant une marche à environ 15 minutes de la maison, on s’est fait avertir par des policiers de ne pas rester là car le cartier n’est pas sécuritaire!!! Définitivement, je n’y retournerai pas!
