Only minutes from Hendersonville’s story book Main Street and across the street from a picturesque horse farm, this home features an open living room with lofted ceilings, a fireplace and a two story deck overlooking a stunning waterfall. The perfect combination of amenities to fully enjoy this magical one of a kind property where nature and tranquility abound.
The house has two bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom upstairs and a half bath downstairs. There is also a bonus room off of the kitchen with a sofa. A laundry room outside off of the kitchen. Living room dining room and additional breakfast table for 4 and sitting area in the living room. Desk and chair with a beautiful view and tons of natural light. Lots of space for the entire family to spread out and enjoy.
The property is one of a kind featuring a waterfall that cascades into a creek that runs the length of the property. A football field worth of yard adjacent to the creek. You will feel very secluded and nestled in nature while not being too removed from civilization. No winding dark roads to navigate at night when it's mostly moonlight to guide you. Only 12 minutes to the Asheville airport and 15 min to Biltmore Forest.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt
This property is truly enchanting both because of the home which is flooded with natural light during the day and has beautiful views as well as the acre and a half of land that is outlined by cascading mountain water. The only complaint guests have had is that they didn’t see much of the town because they didn’t want to leave the property.
