The property’s prime location off AT&T Way and East Division Street is within walking distance of AT&T Stadium and Texas Live! Entertainment Center. East Division Street and downtown Arlington’s premier shops, restaurants, and amenities are a short distance from the property, and the University of Texas at Arlington UTA
campus is within two miles of the subject. Close to DFW Airport
Additional Rules
1. Absolutely NO smoking.
2. No illicit drugs and/or drug use allowed on or inside the property.
3. No parties or events.
4. No street parking - 1 permitted parked space
5. I ask that you respect my neighbors’ privacy and monitor noise levels after 10pm.
6. Checkout by 10am.
7. While there is thorough professional cleaning between each guest stay, I kindly ask you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and put any dirty towels in the hamper prior to leaving.
8. Report any accidents. I understand that accidents happen, but I ask that you please make me aware if/when they do.
9.Pets are NOT permitted! Pet violation fee $250/night

PARKING:
Each short term rental unit is allowed to reserve one parking spot for guests. An assigned parking spot and coordinating parking permit is to be available to guest for use and must be displayed on the dashboard during the stay. One other registered vehicle is allowed on the premises in an unassigned parking space, but is not guaranteed at all times. Special event parking may be charged by ownership periodically with an official parking permit, but no tenants or guests are allowed to charge for parking as this is a strict violation of the city of Arlington. No parking is permitted on the street. Property Ownership or Management is not responsible for vehicle theft, damage, or towing.
