All guests must fill out a pre-registration form via an "EnsoConnect" link to our online guest guide sent upon booking confirmation.

The verification steps require the guest to fill out contact information, provide valid identification, and authorize a hold for the $800 security deposit.

Please note that the $800 security deposit will be frozen and not withdrawn from the credit card and will be released 7 days after departure if no damage has been caused to the property.

Other points to note:

Strict control of the number of occupants is applied, and the peace of the place must be respected at all times (no "party groups"). A penalty of $125+tax per night per additional person will be charged.

We accept pets (max. 2 per rental), but there is a $100 hypoallergenic cleaning fee.

The number of pets is limited to 2 per chalet.

Pets should not be allowed on the furniture.

Please note that pets are only allowed inside and around the private area of the chalet. They are not allowed in the common areas of Fiddler.

All our chalets are guaranteed hypoallergenic.

Please note that it is important to keep calm and respect the neighborhood after 10 PM. We will not hesitate to retain the entire security deposit in case of excessive noise after 10 PM and/or nighttime disturbances.

Check-in is after 4 PM. Check-out is before 11 AM.

Noise:
Excessive noise is not allowed inside or outside.

SPA:
It is mandatory to take a shower and not use any moisturizing creams before using the SPA. The spa is available year-round.

Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed inside the chalet.

Pets:
Pets are allowed in the chalet for $100/stay. The chalet accommodates up to 2 pets.

TV:
The chalet is equipped with a smart TV with Netflix and YouTube. No cable TV provided.

Firewood:
There is an outdoor woodhouse at your disposal. Six logs are provided per stay. If you need more logs, you can buy them at the store located 10 minutes from the chalet.

The chalet is equipped with a good internet connection (12 Mbps). The living room has a fireplace to keep you warm. The BBQ is designed for your outdoor meals. The spa is functional year-round. You have access to a variety of activities suitable for all seasons.
