Lounge poolside all day then take a quick 5 minute trip to the beach to watch the sunset. Cook up some fresh seafood in the incredible kitchen. Curl up on the new sofa or watch TV in any room. Tuck the kids into the bunks then sleep soundly in one of the two king sized beds. This fabulous home in the Rookery III was the Model home and it features so many amenities you will want to enjoy, from the cozy screened porch that overlooks the big pool to the travertine showers and granite countertops and new front loading laundry, you will love every minute you spend here. Away from the crowds in the Ft Morgan community, No Egrets is a quick drive to the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Plenty of room for a group of up to 10 to spread out. Built in bunks have two twin top bunks with new mattresses and full sized beds underneath as well as direct access to a second bathroom. The free WiFi makes it possible to sign in to your favorite streaming service on the Roku Smart TVs.

Best beach spot!

The house is located in a wonderful community away from the crowds. The owners are super nice and very hospitable. They made sure we had everything we needed and the house is super comfortable. Location is perfect! 2 minutes to beach parking and a gorgeous beach. Close to everything Gulf Shoes and Orange Beach has to offer! Great neighborhood pool, excellent house with amazing kitchen and mattresses. Will definitely stay here again

Wonderful cottage and host!

I had the opportunity to stay for the month of May 2024 and everything was so wonderful. This cottage is literally the best in Rookery III, as it’s positioned next to the main pool, which was a beautiful view from screened porch. The decor is pretty, appliances brand new, nice outdoor shower, and contains all the things you need for a long stay. Martha, the host, was very kind and accommodating. Very quick to help with questions or needs. Location is by far my favorite, as it’s close enough to the beach, but private enough that you can find some quiet time. The beach in Ft Morgan is not overcrowded at all, like GS. Purchased a bicycle, which was nice to ride around on. You can’t go wrong with any of the nearby restaurants, golf courses or seafood markets and a new Dollar General is just a few minutes away. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would love to go back soon!
