Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place in the sophisticated historical Central West End! Lots of shops, eats, bars and entertainment all just minutes away! It is a loft style apartment that has 2 floors to it. The bedroom and bathroom are located upstairs and living/dining and full kitchen are downstairs. This apartment is located on the second floor of the building. My favorite thing about the apartment is it has floor to ceiling windows with lots of natural light! The space is an inviting cozy homey place to be for a get away, weekend trip, or business trip. It has a walk score of 73 and close to lots of attractions like Maryland plaza shopping center, which is my favorite thing about it!

Weekend getaway

The building can be a little tricky to find when following Google maps, so make sure to follow the instructions sent by the host. The apartment was clean, well-decorated, and well-stocked. The beds were comfortable and the lofted ceiling/second floor was nice. We would stay here again if visiting the area.

St. Louis Weekend stay.

We had a great stay overall. A few hiccups with the check-in process since the lockbox code wasn’t provided in advance. However, the property was as advertised and a great location to most attractions.

Cute loft apartment with lovely touches

I loved staying here! It's the perfect size for 1-2 adults or a small family. I especially loved the furnishings and proximity to all the attractions in STL. This place was stocked with everything I needed, from a washer/dryer unit and makeup wipes to yoga mats. I often forget to bring little things like this on trips, and I am very appreciative when rentals include these amenities. Would 100% recommend!

Location, location.....

I have no complaints about this property, and I found it perfect for a solo traveler to St. Louis. The neighborhood was great, and I walked it quite a bit. The houses were beautiful, the streets safe, and coffee shops, cafe's, etc were within walking distance. The space is limited, but for one or two, it's fine. I supercharged my days with activity, and I enjoyed staying in in the evenings with a pint of local ice cream, watching a good movie on the tv. I would definitely stay here again.

Rough Start Nice Apartment

Though we had a rocky start with this apartment, Luke and VRBO consumer help was very responsive and the problem was solved immediately. The apartment is nicely decorated and clean inside. The tub could use a refurbish. The apartment complex hallways are not so nice and could use an update but that’s not on Luke. Very safe in the area during the daytime and early evenings.

Nice Apartment, building needs a lot of TLC

Unit was very nice, but the hallway and rest of the building had a terrible odor. I guess that’s why the rate is cheap. There was street parking, but listing implied there was parking included. No check in information sent. I had to contact host twice for information on how to access apartment.

There was mold growing in a hole in a wall, a bedside table fell when my husband set his phone on it, the toilet makes loud noise when flushed, the is a faint smell of stale cigarette smoke or mold, and the carpet in the building hallways are dirty and stained.
