Took grandparents to see our daughter at UNC

Great location to campus. My wife and I took our dog and her parents up to visit our daughter that is going to school at UNC. This house had everything we needed for a quick weekend. It is five minutes to campus and ten minutes to the Ice Haus hockey rink downtown to watch the Colorado Grit.

Everything was great only downside for us was there was no TV. They did get a grill for cooking after i asked if there was one so Thank you so much for that!

it was in a nice area close to everything we needed to get to with our daughter gradating from college which was only a couple of blocks away from this location

Christmas with Family

Was a clean place but had some personal preferences that were missing. Could have used some paper plates and to go coffee cups. No creamer. No password for wifi listed at property. TV was on NFL and couldn't get regular channels. With little ones for the evening those would have been helpful.

Very nice pet-friendly house

This is a 1950's era 3 bed, 1 bath bungalow in a neighborhood of similar houses. It has been beautifully remodeled (for tall people). There is 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, which are comfortable. All the linens, towels, soaps, shampoo, dishes, cookware, etc that you need are provided. There is a microwave, dishwasher, and coffee makers and toaster. There is a large living room TV. There is a washer & dryer in the basement, with dish and laundry soap provided. There is central heat/AC. There are also portable heaters and fans. There is a fenced backyard of dirt and river rock. The driveway accommodates 2 cars and there is street parking. There is a garage but it is too narrow to park in due to work benches inside. My original reservation was canceled by the host several months after booking, and then re-offered to me a month or so after that.
