✔ Beach Bikes: This property has 4 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes, a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
✔ Pool Heating: Pools can only be heated between September 1st and April 30th (additional fees apply).
✔ Back Patio TV: The TV on the back patio has been removed and will not be replaced at this time.
