Welcome to the Kesämökki on Big Pine Lake. Nestled just minutes from Perham, this guesthouse offers a serene retreat to relax and rejuvenate amidst stunning natural beauty.

Step onto the dock and savor your morning coffee as you soak in the breathtaking views of the lake. Unwind in the outdoor sauna, enveloped by the soothing warmth of the wood-burning fire. With multiple fire pits scattered throughout the property, including one lakeside, you can gather under the starry sky for cozy evenings and marshmallow roasts.

Inside, Kesämökki welcomes you with modern comforts and thoughtful touches. A new queen-sized bed awaits you, ensuring a restful night's sleep, while the queen-sized pull-out sofa promises additional comfort. Stay connected with amenities like air conditioning, WiFi, Nest speaker, and a SmartTV, or whip up a delicious meal in the well-equipped kitchenette featuring a convection oven, hot plates, toaster, and more.

For the ultimate relaxation experience, indulge in the Finnish sauna available for a small fee. Simply sign a waiver, and melt away your cares in this traditional retreat.

Outside, our spacious yard offers plenty of room to roam, whether you're sunbathing on the dock, enjoying a lakeside bonfire, or grilling up a feast on the gas grill. Embrace the leisurely pace of lake life, lounge in one of the hammocks, paddle across the shimmering waters on our paddle boards and kayak, or take advantage of the convenient boat access nearby.

Please note that while our cottage sits just behind the main house, your privacy is paramount, and you'll still enjoy stunning vistas of the lake.

The Neighborhood:
The cottage is 6 miles from Perham, 25 minutes from Detroit Lakes. My favorite pizza place Big Pine Lodge, a 10 minute boat ride away.

Getting Around:
There is a private driveway for parking and enough room to park a boat/pontoon, see final listing photo.
