You will find a built-in desk in the large family room. As you head out back, all the pocket sliders slide away, so you have a great breeze in the spring and fall months. Outside, there is a pool with lush planter along the back. A covered lanai provides extra seating for dinner or space for relaxing by the pool.
This home is located 5 minutes to Englewood beaches. Close to historic Dearborn Street, with restaurants, art galleries, novelty shops, and live music.
Pool is not heated.
Garage is not available to tenants but there is plenty of parking in the driveway.
Owner prefers January, February and March booked together.
