The cosy and homely space is perfect for a relaxing day in or to lounge around after a busy day out. Fitted with plenty of seating space, a TV with cable access and a private balcony, you can enjoy all the comforts of the home.

The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary mod-cons, including a toaster and kitchenware. You can enjoy your home cooked meal at the dining table in the living room.

The home has 1 king bedroom and the second bedroom with 2 single beds. Fitted with fresh linen, towels and cupboard space, you can make yourself right at home.

Feel free to use the washing machine and ironing facilities we've provided as well.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Beachside apartments surrounded by every convenience and created with modern design and aesthetic beauty as primary goals. JBR Residences 2 Tram Station is 5 minutes away from the apartment and you can also easily hire taxi. Uber is available in Dubai and we have the local one called Careem.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
