This fantastic apartment is designed with an open-floor living and dining area. The living space features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV with Netflix subscriptions, and floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto the balcony, where you can relax and enjoy the stunning views!

The kitchen has all the essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals. There is also a washing machine should you need to do laundry.

There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom contains a heavenly king-sized bed, and the second has two single beds. All beds are complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathrooms contain all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

Please note that the Dubai Fountain show is temporarily suspended for maintenance until further notice.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Guests will have access to the entire home, including the building's shared facilities, such as the pool, and the gym.

Downtown Dubai is one of the most upscale locations in Dubai, boasting some award-winning restaurants, hotels and stores, the area has a spectacular lineup of lifestyle content to feed the appetites of its young population.

Burj Khalifa is about 2km away from the apartment. You can’t fail to miss Dubai’s iconic Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building. It towers over the city and resides in the prestigious Downtown development. Once an old army base, Downtown is now the jewel in Dubai’s crown, a beautiful residential and leisure area housing not only the world’s tallest building but the world’s largest fountains and mall. Wide marble sidewalks are perfect for strolling, with restaurants, art galleries and children’s play areas.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

DXB Airport is 23 mins away by car.
Burj Khalifa is 4 mins away by car.
Jumeirah Beach is 15 mins away by car.
Burj Al Arab is 25 mins away by car.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
