The living area boasts a comfortable, relaxing couch, a large-screen television for enjoying your preferred programs, and a dining table. This space is enhanced by expansive windows that allow ample natural light to flood in, creating an even more welcoming atmosphere.

Additionally, in this area, you'll find a well-appointed kitchenette with all the necessary pots, pans, and utensils to prepare a delicious meal. It includes an electric stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and various other amenities at your disposal.

The bedroom is a pleasant room with a king bed, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers and comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

Lastly, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

This stunning area is home to various attractions, including the famous Dubai Marina Walk, where visitors can stroll along the waterfront and take in breathtaking views. Palm Jumeirah West offers a tranquil oasis just a short distance away for those looking to escape the city. Bay Central is another must-visit attraction, with its impressive architecture and lively atmosphere.

Around the area, you can get direct access to Marina Walk, where you can explore Dubai Marina, have a walk, ride a scooter or a Careem bike. You can also try the Dubai Marina Mall Zipline that will get you across the Marina or have a Yacht party or dhow cruise on Marina Walk.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
