The beach house is 3 bedrooms/2.5 baths with community access to the pool and tennis courts only 100 steps from the house. It's located next to "Jungle Jim's" waterpark and about a 20 minute walk to the beach, 2 minute drive and Rehoboth Ave is directly across Route 1. It is a relaxing community that is family friendly. Two parking dedicated parking spaces in front of the house. Walking distance to Arena's Café and Bigfish Restaurant. The outlets for shopping are 1/4 mile north.

*Sheets and Towels are not provided*, sheets can be rented through "Sheets at the Beach: Luxury Linen Rental Service Delaware" Its super easy, they drop off at your front door and you leave them for pick up at your departure. Book early, they tend to get booked up as the summer progresses.
