Vår hyra hem i mitten av Monroe Lake samhället utveckling har många bekvämligheter som semesterfirare kommer att hitta kul och spännande.

Vårt hem har 3 sovrum / 1. 5 badrum. Det är över 1700 kvadratmeter oljedyrkt land komfort och sitter på en hektar mark i slutet av en privat återvändsgränd (har också en tvättmaskin / torktumlare och en diskmaskin för din bekvämlighet.)

Det ligger inom 15 minuter från Shawnee Ski Resort och 25 minuter från Camelback Mountain Ski Resort och Waterpark.

Förutom skidåkning och sommaraktiviteter kommer du aldrig att vara för långt från bekvämligheterna och bekvämligheterna i det moderna livet som vi ligger inom 15 minuter från:

Relax and unwind

Perfect house for a Pocono getaway. We had a great time being so close to Shawnee mountain but still away from it all. Nice and relaxing stay, pretty neat house. Owner was great to work with; responded to all of my emails very promptly.

Pribably hasnt been checked on in years

The entire house smelled of must and mildew, including the furniture. Mold and water damage on the ceiling. Mildew on the kitchen cabinets. Had we not been out of options for a place to stay, we would have bailed.

Cold and rainy, but nice stay!

We had a nice Memorial Day weekend at this property. The owner was very helpful and quick with responding. The house is very specious, little bit old, but everything is there! Unfortunately the weather was awful... really cold and rainy. But we visited Bushkills Falls, which is beautiful and close and Delaware Water Gap, also great! We hope to come back sometime!

Great Mountains Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Via Montella! We came up during July 4th week, and enjoyed the spacious layout of the place. The three of us (including a dog) had plenty of area inside to declare our independence from each other when necessary. There are several rooms and compartments about the place, including a room I didn't even notice until the last day! The furniture is nicely situated, and the "mini-bar" is fun for a couple of people to hang out in. As the pictures indicate, there is a dated look and feel to the place, but for a Poconos hiking getaway, we werent looking for a Ritz-Carlton. The place has a private feel at the end of the road, but without the feel of being isolated. There are neighbors close by, but we never saw them unless we drove by them or went on a walk with the dog. The house is only 15 minutes from all kinds of stores, restaurants, museums, hiking trails and more. Right above the front door, there is an overhead running cable to attach your dog, so you can hook an extended leash to its collar and let them run hands-free! This is huge if you dont feel like going outside first thing in the morning when they need to go to the bathroom. When you travel with a dog, your options will obviously be limited, but if Via Montella pops up available in your search, you need to book it!

Enjoyed our Stay. Able to Ski and Snow Tube at Jack Frost and Camelback.

We enjoyed our stay. My son mentioned this was the best Covid getaway so far and we've stayed in different places up and down the East Coast. Communication was easy and polite. The Fioravanti family had holiday cookies waiting for us. It was a nice touch and appreciated. The house is a bit older, but had charm. The detailed tips left throughout the house to keep warm and comfortable were clear and helpful. We especially enjoyed the fireplace experience. Thank you.

Into the woods

House is very dated and needs a good update , but was okay for what we needed: a place to sleep. Price was a little high for this place. An umbrella for the patio would have been great. A working lantern or strong flashlights would be good for power outages.

Review

When entering the house you are overwhelmed by an odor that compares to water damage or mold. The floors both upstairs and downstairs have obviously suffered water damage. The dishes were still greasy. I woke up our last night to my bed filled with carpenter ants. However, it is in a nice location and 15 minutes from attractions.

Everything you would want for a Shawnee ski vacation

This was an interesting home. Everything we wanted or needed. If you're looking for a nice home with extra room and a woodsy feel for a ski vacation, it is absolutely perfect.

Cute cabin!

My husband and two close friends of ours stayed at this cabin for the weekend we had a great time we love the wood-burning stove in the living room and the mattresses were extremely comfortable! Nicely stocked kitchen and responsive owner!

Anniversary Getaway

My husband and I spent 3 nights at Via Montella for our anniversary. It was the first trip to the Pocono area for both of us. The house was clean and cozy. Location was about 10 miles outside of Stroudsburg and we enjoyed exploring the town. We also checked out Bushkill Falls and the Delaware Water Gap area. The home suited our needs for the trip well; even our dog enjoyed herself. We found the bed we used to be comfortable, the little stove in the living room created a cozy atmosphere, the kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities. The outside patio was great for my husband to practice his guitar and our dog loved the selection of tree branches in the yard. We weren’t expecting to have neighbors so close but the ones we met were friendly! I would highly recommend Via Montella to our friends and family!

Fall Getaway

Good stay

The owner is very nice and responds very quickly. The place is secluded and sits on large property. The house is not new and don't expect it to be fancy. It did the job for us. We would come back again. There is not much of a community there but Delaware river is close.

In the Woods

Communication with Anthony was excellent. The house setup worked very well for our group for sleeping, food prep and eating, hanging out and online work. Appreciated AC in bedrooms and fans all over. Wildlife viewing in yard and neighborhood: bears, deer, chipmunks, groundhogs. Easy access to amenities in Stroudsburg, hiking, waterfalls, etc., yet socially distanced.

The Place is Great and Quiet!!!!

We had a great time!

My family if 4 and our dog had a great vacation in this house. Clean, friendly neighbors and the owner was pleasant to deal with. Quick to answer any question I had. Close to a lot of fun outdoor activities. We never wanted to leave!

Monroe County is home to many ski areas and golf courses which means winter and summer is the best time to rent. Ski Camelback Mountain or Shawnee ski resort, both within 20 minutes.

As for a short description, this house is a house. Period. Plenty of room for a party up to 6. Full size kitchen, bedrooms and living room will definitely make you feel at home. Property sits on 1 acre of land on end of cul-de-sac so privacy will be the first thing you notice as friendly neighbors are always a short walk away.
