The space

The space is roughly 30sqm with a main bedroom fitted with a customized bed with a full sized (54”x78”) mattress good for two persons and two single beds (30”x75”) located in the next bedroom/living space.

The dining room is good for 4 persons and it also comes fully equipped with a compact kitchen to prepare small meals. It has an induction stove, pots & pans, utensils, complete diningware, electric water kettle, microwave and refrigerator.

Furnished with practicality in mind. Everything in the place has a purpose and each item is thoughtfully considered for comfort and serenity.

Accessibility:

The condominium complex is just minutes away from Manila International Airport using the skyway or expressway and direct access to a mall (SM City Bicutan Mall). Tons of easily accessible markets, groceries, restaurants and shops in the area reachable on foot, by car or commuting.

Directly beside a transportation hub of passenger vans, jeepneys and tricycles for a very "local" experience. The Philippine National Railroad station is only a 5 minute walk from the condominium complex.

It's also next to the entrance and exit of the main highway that cuts through the heart of Metro Manila making access by car to anywhere in the city stress-free by circumventing most of the famous traffic jams of the metro. Also makes travel to the north or south of Luzon very convenient.

To guarantee quality and cleanliness, The condo unit is professionally detailed from top to bottom before your arrival with fresh, linens, towels and amenities ready when you step into the space.

To ensure security, the building has 24/7 security personnel. Common spaces (outside of the condo unit) are periodically patrolled and constantly monitored. The entry door is digital, the access card provided to you is the only method of access.
Other things to note
Check-in at 2PM and Check-out at 11AM the next day. Early or late check-out can be accommodated but may incur an additional charge and is based on availability.

Parking available for an additional fee and requires advance notice.

Pool is available with a small fee settled at the building admin office.
